Performance Labs - TB500 5mg Vial
TB 500 – 5mg is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring peptide fragment of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein found in nearly all human and animal cells. It plays a key role in tissue regeneration, cellular migration, and wound healing. By enhancing actin regulation, TB 500 improves cellular movement and repair processes, making it particularly effective for healing injuries to tendons, ligaments, muscles, and even internal organs.
In sports and performance use, TB 500 is valued for its ability to speed recovery times, reduce inflammation, and improve flexibility in connective tissue. When paired with BPC 157, the two peptides complement each other by providing localized and systemic healing effects, creating a powerful recovery protocol.
Benefits
-
Accelerates repair of muscles, ligaments, and tendons
-
Reduces inflammation and supports recovery
-
Promotes tissue regeneration and flexibility
-
Enhances cell migration and blood vessel growth
-
May improve recovery from injury and intense training
Side effects
-
Generally well tolerated
-
Possible mild irritation at injection site
-
Rare headaches, dizziness, or lethargy reported in sensitive users
-
Long-term safety in humans still under research
Dosages & Protocol
For Men and Women
-
Typical dose: 2–5mg per week, split into 2–3 injections
-
Injury repair: Higher dosing protocols may involve 5mg twice weekly for the first 2–3 weeks, followed by tapering
-
Cycle Length: 4–6 weeks depending on recovery needs
PLEASE MAKE USE OF OUR PEPTIDE CALCULATOR FOR FURTHER DOSAGE GUIDANCE.
How to administer
TB 500 – 5mg comes as a lyophilized powder and must be reconstituted with the provided bacteriostatic water ampule before injection.
Reconstitution:
-
Clean vial stoppers with alcohol swabs.
-
Draw 1–2ml of bacteriostatic water with a sterile syringe.
-
Slowly inject into the peptide vial, directing the stream against the glass wall.
-
Swirl gently until fully dissolved (do not shake vigorously).
Injection:
-
Use an insulin syringe (29–31G).
-
Pinch skin and inject subcutaneously at a 45° angle into the abdomen or thigh.
-
Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation.
Storage
-
Store lyophilized powder in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
-
After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C
-
Use within 30 days of mixing
-
Keep out of reach of children
Half-life & detectability
-
Half-life: Estimated 2–3 days
-
Detection time: Not officially established; not part of standard anti-doping panels, but future targeted testing may detect use
For athletes subject to drug testing, it is important to consider these detection times and plan accordingly to avoid positive tests for banned substances.
