Your order will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. Immediate payment is recommended to avoid delays.

2.3. Order Cancellation:
Orders not paid within seven (7) days will be automatically cancelled without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Delivery Timeframe:
Once dispatched, orders typically take 3-5 working days to arrive.

3.2. Same-Day Delivery:
We may offer same-day delivery for certain locations. Please note that tracking is not available for same-day deliveries.

3.3. Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen circumstances, or high order volumes.
