HD Labs - Retatrutide 32mg (GLP-1) (Not Mixed)
Reta 32mg is a powerful investigational peptide showing exceptional potential in clinical studies for weight management and metabolic support. Reta works by enhancing insulin sensitivity, slowing gastric emptying, increasing satiety, and stimulating fat oxidation. These combined effects contribute to sustained appetite reduction, lower blood glucose levels, and rapid fat loss.
Reta’s triple mechanism offers more comprehensive metabolic benefits. Users typically experience reduced hunger, more stable energy levels, and improved body composition over time. While still under research, it is becoming increasingly popular in advanced fat-loss protocols.

Dosages & Protocol
Dosages below are based on reconstitution with 1ml bacteriostatic water using a 1ml insulin syringe (100 units = 1ml).
Dosages & Protocol
Starting dose: 2.5mg once weekly (typically for the first 2–4 weeks)
Titration phase: Increase to 5mg, then 7.5mg, 10mg, and up to 15–20mg weekly depending on goals and tolerance
Maximum dose: 15mg weekly
Dosage breakdown using a 1ml insulin syringe:
– 2.5mg = ~8 units
– 5mg = ~16 units
– 7.5mg = ~24 units
– 10mg = ~31 units
– 12.5mg = ~39 units
– 15mg = ~47 units
Cycle Duration: Can be used continuously for long-term weight management and metabolic health. Doses should be increased gradually to reduce risk of gastrointestinal side effects

How to administer
Administering Reta 32mg correctly ensures optimal absorption and reduces risks of complications.
Gather Supplies:
-
Reta lyophilized vial
-
2ml bacteriostatic water ampoule
-
1ml insulin syringe
-
Two sterile needles
-
Alcohol swabs
Reconstitution:
-
Remove caps and clean both vial tops with alcohol
-
Use syringe to draw 1ml of bacteriostatic water
-
Inject slowly down the side of the peptide vial, not directly onto the powder
-
Swirl gently (do not shake) until fully dissolved
-
Store refrigerated after reconstitution
Injection Instructions:
-
Wash hands thoroughly
-
Clean injection site (abdomen preferred) with alcohol
-
Draw up your dose using the insulin syringe
-
Pinch the skin and inject subcutaneously at a 45° angle
-
Inject slowly, withdraw the needle, and swab the area
-
Dispose of syringe in a sharps container
Post-Injection Care:
-
Monitor for nausea or sensitivity
-
Stay hydrated and eat lightly after dosing if needed
Storage
-
Store lyophilized vial in a cool, dry place before reconstitution
-
After mixing, refrigerate (2–8°C) and use within 30 days
-
Keep out of direct sunlight
-
Keep away from children
Half-life & detectability
-
Estimated half-life: ~6–7 days
