Performance Labs - BPC 157 5mg
BPC 157 – 5mg (Body Protection Compound 157) is a peptide fragment derived from a naturally occurring protein in gastric juice. It has been shown in research to accelerate healing of soft tissues, ligaments, tendons, and the gut lining. Athletes and performance enthusiasts frequently use BPC 157 for injury recovery, inflammation reduction, and protection against training-related wear and tear.
The inclusion of a bacteriostatic water ampule allows for safe and sterile reconstitution of the lyophilized powder, ensuring convenience and proper preparation for injection. This pairing makes BPC 157 – 5mg an efficient solution for rapid recovery and injury support protocols.

How to administer
BPC 157 – 5mg must be reconstituted with the included bacteriostatic water ampule before injection.
Reconstitution:
-
Clean vial stoppers with alcohol swabs.
-
Using a sterile syringe, draw 1–2ml of bacteriostatic water.
-
Slowly inject into the BPC 157 vial, aiming against the glass wall.
-
Swirl gently until fully dissolved—do not shake vigorously.
Injection:
-
Use an insulin syringe (29–31G).
-
Pinch a fold of abdominal or thigh skin.
-
Inject subcutaneously at a 45° angle.
-
Rotate injection sites to minimize irritation.
-
For localized healing, injection near the injury site may be beneficial.
Storage
-
Store lyophilized powder in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
-
After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C
-
Use within 30 days of mixing
-
Keep out of reach of children
Half-life & detectability
-
Half-life: Estimated 4–6 hours (daily use recommended)
-
Detection time: Not officially established; not typically screened in standard doping panels
For athletes subject to drug testing, it is important to consider these detection times and plan accordingly to avoid positive tests for banned substances.
